Arbor MIS — Parent and Carer Information

Welcome to the Arbor MIS page. At Shankhill CofE Primary School (Voluntary Controlled), Arbor is our main communication and information system for parents and carers. It helps us keep you informed, supports day-to-day school administration and makes it simple to manage bookings, permissions and payments from home or on the go.

What you can do in Arbor

All parents and carers have a personal Arbour login. Through Arbour you can:

• Receive school messages and newsletters
• View and update your contact details and emergency contacts
• Give consent for trips and other activities
• Book and pay for clubs, wraparound care and school events
• View key pupil information and attendance records
• Make payments for dinners, trips and other charges

Using Arbor helps us work together efficiently and ensures your child’s information is accurate and up to date — supporting our values of community, dignity and care.

Need help or support?

If you need any support with Arbor — for example, setting up or accessing your account, making payments, booking clubs or giving consent for trips — please contact:

She will be happy to advise and can walk you through any processes step by step. If you prefer, you can request a short, in-person appointment in school and we will assist you directly.

Tips for using Arbor

• Check your account regularly for messages and consent requests so nothing is missed.
• Keep your contact details and emergency contacts up to date to help us act quickly if needed.
• Save your login details in a secure place and use a personal email that you check often.
• If you see information that looks incorrect, please contact the office so we can resolve it promptly.

These simple actions help keep our school community safe and organised, reflecting our commitment to wisdom and responsibility.

Examples of common actions

• Booking a place for after-school club: Log in → Clubs → Choose session → Confirm and pay.
• Giving trip consent: Log in → School Communications or Forms → Open trip consent → Read details → Give consent and complete payment (if required).
• Updating a phone number: Log in → My Details → Edit contact → Save.
